How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Correction". Include the article URL, the error you have identified, and the correct information with any supporting evidence.
What we do
We review all correction requests promptly. If we confirm an error, we update the article and add a correction notice at the bottom explaining what was changed and when. We do not silently edit published articles.
Significant errors - those affecting the substance of a story - will be noted prominently in the article and may be flagged on our social channels.
We aim to process all correction requests within two working days.
Disagreements
If you disagree with our decision on a correction, you may escalate your complaint to IMPRESS, our independent regulator, at impress.press
